We support our products in three different ways. Annual support contracts, per incident support rates, and hourly rates are all available to provide our customers with the most comprehensive safety-net of support we can provide. Lymeware Product Support ContractsLymeware offers multiple levels of annual support contracts to cover many of Lymeware's products. These contracts cover product upgrades, bug fixes and client installation and maintenance telephone and e-mail support. Lymeware Per-Incident Product SupportLymeware offers single per-incident support for all of Lymeware's products. This support covers client installation, troubleshooting and maintenance support via telephone and e-mail. On-site per-incident support is not available. Contact our sales department for more information on coverage time and pricing. Lymeware Hourly Product SupportLymeware also offers hourly product support for all of Lymeware's products. This support covers client installation, troubleshooting and maintenance support. This support can be performed off-site via telephone and e-mail, or on-site, if required.
